You may cancel your enrollment or order within 30 days of purchase.
Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a full refund.
To cancel, simply drop us an email at mail@primelearnacademy.in with your order details.
Once your request is received, we will process your cancellation promptly.
Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business working days.
The amount will be credited back to your original source of payment (e.g., bank account, card, UPI, or wallet).
Cancellations are only accepted within the 30-day window from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
